1. Who we are
Dakshin Vrindavan Trust is a registered Charitable Trust under the Indian Trust Act, founded in 2013, with its registered office at 1339/67A, Chetan Nilaya, 1st Floor, 5th Main Road, E Block, Rajaji Nagar 2nd Stage, Bangalore — 560010. The Trust is registered under §80(G) of the Income Tax Act 1961 and §11(1) of the FCRA 2010. Dakshin Vrindavan US Inc. is a separate 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit Corporation registered in Florida, USA.
2. What we collect
- Donor identity — full name, address, PAN, email, mobile — needed to issue 80G receipts and 10BE forms required by the Income Tax Department.
- Donation records — amount, date, mode, plan/tier — for accounting and audit purposes.
- Adoption / membership preferences — cow choice, name, communication preferences.
- Contact-form messages — only if you actively send us a message via WhatsApp, email, or a contact form.
We do not use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this static website. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to third parties.
3. How we use your data
- Issue 80G receipts and file 10BE forms with the Income Tax Department.
- Communicate with you about your donation, adopted cow, or membership tier.
- Send periodic newsletters and impact updates (you may opt out at any time).
- Comply with FCRA reporting requirements (foreign donations only).
4. Where your data is stored
Donor records are stored on encrypted servers managed by the Trust. Your bank-account details are never stored by us — payments are processed directly by ICICI, SBI, UPI, or PayPal. This static website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages and does not run any backend code or store any data.
5. Your rights
You may request a copy of your records, correction of any inaccuracy, or deletion of records that we are not required to retain by law. Email [email protected] or WhatsApp the office at +91 80860 78977.
6. Cookies on this site
This static website does not set any cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts (which may set its own cookies — see Google's policy). External links to PayPal, social media, maps, or YouTube are subject to those services' own privacy policies.
7. Changes
We will update this page when our practices change. Major changes will be communicated to existing donors by email.
